Questions
How do they use the card?
They tap the button in their email, or go to quietwall.studio/gift/use and type the code from the card. Then they upload a photo of their wall, choose a piece, and the card comes off the price in their bag. No account needed.
Do I need a photo of their room?
No. They take the photo themselves when they use the card, so the art is made for the wall they actually have.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
The card arrives straight away, by email or printed by you. The framed print is made once they have chosen it, and is delivered usually 5 to 7 working days, occasionally up to 14.
What if the print they choose costs more, or less?
If it costs more, they pay the difference at checkout. If it costs less, the rest stays on the card for another order.
How long does the card last?
24 months from the day you buy it. The date is printed on the card.
Is the art AI-generated?
Yes. Each piece is made for their room with AI image generation, in the look of a real medium such as gouache or linocut, then printed as a giclée and framed in the UK. It is not hand-made, and we won’t say it is.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a card that hasn’t been used, within 14 days of buying it. Reply to the email with the card and we will refund it in full.
