Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products

Each Quiet Wall piece is created specifically for you. The artwork is generated based on your room, printed on premium paper, and mounted in a quality frame. Because of this custom nature, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including shipping

To report damage, email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of the expected delivery date, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't started production.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
