1. Service description
Quiet Wall provides AI-curated art recommendations based on photos of your space. We create custom artwork that is printed and framed by our production partners.
2. Ordering and payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed price plus any applicable shipping costs.
3. Artwork and intellectual property
Artwork generated through our service is created using AI tools. Upon purchase, you receive a license to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use. The underlying artwork and generation process remain our intellectual property.
4. Production and delivery
Orders are made to order by our print partner. Delivery is usually 5 to 7 working days and occasionally up to 14. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and refunds
As each piece is custom-made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5a. Gift cards
A gift card can be used on quietwall.studio for 24 months from the day it is bought. The date is printed on the card. It can be used over more than one order until its value is spent. If an order costs more than is left on the card, the rest is paid by card at checkout. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. You can cancel a gift card that has not been used within 14 days of buying it, for a full refund. If a card is lost, contact us with the email address used to buy it and we will send it again.
6. Privacy
Your use of Quiet Wall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data, including room photos.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
