1. Service Description
Quiet Wall provides AI-curated art recommendations based on photos of your space. We create custom artwork that is printed and framed by our production partners.
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed price plus any applicable shipping costs.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
Artwork generated through our service is created using AI tools. Upon purchase, you receive a license to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use. The underlying artwork and generation process remain our intellectual property.
4. Production & Delivery
Orders are produced by our print-on-demand partners. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, with delivery within 7-14 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Refunds
As each piece is custom-made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Privacy
Your use of Quiet Wall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data, including room photos.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
